Export Crating & Packaging

To guarantee the integrity of our precision-engineered machines during transit, all international shipments are secured in reinforced, fumigated wooden crates. Our packaging process includes:

• Moisture-barrier wrapping to prevent rust and corrosion.
• Shock-absorbing materials to protect sensitive electronic components.
• Heavy-duty strapping and bolting to the crate base.

Shipping Methods

We offer flexible shipping options based on your urgency and budget:

• Sea Freight (LCL/FCL): The most cost-effective solution for heavy machinery. Typical transit times range from 15 to 45 days depending on the destination port.
• Air Freight: Available for smaller components, spare parts, or urgent machine deliveries.

Customs & Documentation

Our logistics team handles all necessary export documentation from Vietnam, including:

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
• Certificate of Origin (if required)
• Fumigation Certificate

Please note: The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country.

Tracking & Support

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and regular updates from our support team. We remain at your disposal until the machine is safely delivered to your facility.
